Managing the ongoing contract delivery in accordance with the scope of works and ensuring the team adheres to all health and safety regulations and policies.

Managing contract-specific documentation including contract management, PPM schedule, and health and safety documents.

Ensuring CAFM systems are updated by the teams and regularly checking the quality of the jobs done by the teams while analysing the performance of the asset.

Having a continuous improvement plan in place.

Ensuring the team delivers and understands the KPI and service level agreement agreed with the client.

Evaluating the risk on site and ensuring training is provided to the team members accordingly.

Having a training plan in place and ensuring 100% implementation.

Working with the Assistant Facility Manager to develop strong customer relationships to achieve contract organic growth, improved customer satisfaction, sustainable business, and the delivery of services in line with customer expectations while maintaining a high profile and positive image for the LFM business.

This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer management with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships and subcontractor management.

Responsible for facility management services including MEP and specialist services.

Managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts.
Ensuring an adequate availability of supply of materials and services for the proper operation of the buildings.

Training team members in all aspects of the technical and non-technical services.

Actively multi-skill train all company staff to increase flexibility and job satisfaction.

Reporting any incidents within the agreed time frame.

Implementing continuous improvement initiatives on site and checking their effectiveness.

Ensuring the CAFM system is updated by teams on a timely basis and cross-verifying regularly.

Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Providing monthly report inputs to FM Admin on a monthly basis.

Ensuring the team maintains good hygiene and grooming standards.

Key skills: Data center experience, facilities maintenance, Maximo, facilities management, HVAC, mechanical knowledge, CMMS, OSHA, maintenance, mechanical engineering, Microsoft Project, QA/QC.
